At present sufficient senior faculty members are available as per the curriculum/subjects for teaching Fiber & Yarn Technology, Weaving Theory & Textile Calculations, Fabric Structure & Analysis, Chemical Processing of Textiles (Theory & Practical), Handloom, Powerloom & Jacquard Weaving practical, Textile Testing (Theory & Practical), Principles of Marketing Management, Engineering Drawing.
Also qualified persons from local educational institutions are being engaged as a part time faculty to teach the subjects of Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, Applied Chemistry, English & Communication Skills, Material Science & Engineering Mechanics, Ecology and Pollution Control in Textile Industry, Professional Ethics and Personality Development and Computer Applications.
A students' Recreation Club is functioning in the Institute. The SRC is celebrating National events like Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanthi, Republic Day, Teachers’ Day, Women’s Day etc. SRC conducts sports & games and cultural activities. Also frequently arranges Blood Donation camps on the days of National important events. The students participate in all sports & games and cultural events along with the other educational institutes in the town as well as participated in District level competitions also. Annual Day celebrations are arranged by the SRC. Releasing of Placement Brochure is one of the best events in the Annual Day celebrations.
Clean and Green will be maintained regularly for Green environment.
YOGA classes for both BOYS & GIRLS will be conducted regularly.
